HFM Data Screens Project
The HFM data screens are automated Digital Signage installations powered by Ventuz Software, a real-time animation and content system. The content is fed to Ventuz from a custom CMS Scheduler. Using custom templates and an online playlist, the screen displays live data, text, and visuals in a highly automated, flexible way. This sophisticated system allows producers to create, edit, and release content for the HFM over 50 data screens quickly and simply.

Background
In line with the Group's digital strategic plan, the independently developed full-link, end-to-end visualization system provides a more comprehensive display of the Group's massive data and the core research results of each business unit within the Group's intelligent buildings, creating a fully immersive data visualization experience.
My Impact
01 Take this project from ideation to completion, ensuring that the result not only meets but exceeds user expectations. Shipped a full end-to-end flow within a short period, collaborating with cross-functional partners across all stages, from research and design to execution.
02 Built a vision, ran user research and defined the product using Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects.
03 Created cohesion and strong integration by delivering designs that can be applied across multiple teams.

Design
For diverse story themes, I devised a design system that aligns with the respective narrative styles. For the commanding heights of science and technology, the primary visual color scheme comprises azure and tech blue, complemented by gradient hues. The primary visual symbols draw inspiration from particles and geometric abstract figures. This visual presentation underscores Harvest's digitalization and technological prowess, embracing both technology and the future.
Fortune Planet predominantly showcases global wealth data. For this section, we ventured into a slightly different color palette, incorporating cyan into the overall blue tones and utilizing primarily gradient hues, resulting in a more futuristic aesthetic.
Harvest Kanban primarily chronicles Harvest's digital journey. Its primary visual colors are Harvest Gray and Harvest Gray, derived from the Harvest logo. Additionally, the main blue technology tone of the large screen is retained, albeit with a more stable shade of blue. The primary visual symbols are composed of lines and geometric abstract figures.
